When you arrive at any of our 12 Full Service Truck Centers, we will commit up to 60 MINUTES* of labor to perform the following:
- Diagnose your problem
- Communicate our findings
- Prepare a cost estimate
- Order parts if necessary
- Make repairs immediately if possible
*Our 60 Minute Promise consists of every attempt to diagnose and correct your problem, if possible.

36 Hour OPT Overhaul Incentive
Truck Engine Service customers can bring in their truck for a scheduled OPT overhaul and we will offer them a 36 hour turnaround time.
If Cleveland Brothers goes over 36 hours from the agreed upon start time, customers will receive a $25 Mastercard gift card for every extra hour over the 36. -
