“Traveling east in a 37 foot diesel pusher motorhome when it decided to quit running. Stranded by side of road for over 6 hours before tow got us to the shop. Even though it was after closing hours, Gab the service manager, made arrangements for the gate to be unlocked so tow operator could drop motorhome in front of a bay. We were also allowed to stay with our unit until repairs could be made. Yes it took a couple of days for them to get a look at our problem because it is a busy shop. However, Tyler our service technician did a super job diagnosing all our problems and getting parts required for the repairs. Bummer to have broken down but a real blessing to have been taken to Cleveland Brothers in Erie PA.”
